We provide domestic and international clients with extensive support in corporate commercial matters, ranging from corporate secretarial services including company incorporation and post-incorporation reporting requirements, to advising on joint ventures and providing market access advice. More specifically, we handle a wide range of joint ventures and foreign investments in Myanmar, including structuring foreign investment approvals, advising on equity and debt financing, advising on inter-shareholder rights, carrying out due diligence, advising on transfer of assets, drafting and negotiating joint venture and other commercial agreements.
