A newsworthy mandate saw the firm advise a foreign acquirer in a first of its kind acquisition in the insurance sector. A highlight in the projects space saw the firm advising a consortium of foreign investors on the development of Myanmar’s first-ever transit-oriented development.
The firm’s financial and corporate practice was hit by the departure of senior partner U Nyein Kyaw, who left the firm after Rajah & Tann Myanmar and NK Legal parted ways.
